The projects included here are those that I’ve worked on or contributed to but which, for one reason or another, never shipped.
The tracks are in various stages of completeness, from nearly shipping quality to just rough ideas.
Project A
Credits: Music Composition and Mix; Sound design; Implementation
An open world flying game, the most complete game I never shipped. Mostly cowritten with Steve Pardo, and the impetus behind the founding of SkewSound. Featuring homemade instruments such as the bow guitar, snare drum kora and contrabass banjo.

Project F

A game about an AI, flying though space alone, attempting to restart human civilization. I wrote this music for their trailer, using primarily gamelan instruments to provide a familiar yet alien sound.

Project TS
Credits: Music Composition and Mix
A musical platformer that showed immense promise but was eventually shelved. This is one of the quirkiest tracks I’ve ever written, done with all live recordings. The concept revolved around using traditional instruments but swapping their roles in the ensemble, so for example the piano plays the part of the string bass, the string bass the melody, the brass the piano, etc. All percussion was provided by banging on pipes, slamming over doors, etc. at a Bill Whitney’s house, where we cowrote and recorded this.
